Counting down

There are exactly 30 days left until I start my new job. This means my current employer should theoretically be still giving me lots of work to do. However, for the last 3 months, for those in the know, you will be aware that I've basically been sat at my desk doing a very good imitation of a brain dead potatoe. This hasn't changed and if anything, has gotten worse since I handed my notice in.

I have spent most of the day doodling a huge fairy on my 'Barristers note book'. Yes people, Barristers get their own brand of notebook.

I tried sticking orange segments in my mouth and squeaking to see if this would get my superiors attention and perhaps inspire her to give me work. This did not work.

I then reinacted hamlet using a piece of blue tack that I had moulded in to the form of a scull and a staple remover. This again, did not work.

At this point I have given up hope. If anyone would like to drop me suggestions on what on earth I can do during my day at work with limited internet access (this is one of the few sites that isn't banned) and nothing but a biro for company, please dear god, DO!
